CORNISH Fixed Width Catalogue - Format Notes

This file describes the format of the fixed-width ASCII version of the 
CORNISH catalogue. The CSV-format catalogue contains identical columns in

When a batch cone search is performed additional text in the input catalogue 
file is appended to each line.
